How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE on all orders of $100 or more shipping to the continental United States. A flat rate of $8.95 is charged on all domestic orders under $100. For qualifying orders, your return label will be included in the package.
Shipping DHL economy is $35 for orders under $100, and $25 for orders under $200.
Arrive offers free shipping and free return shipping on all orders totaling $200 or more, after discounts are applied and not including tax, to addresses within our international shipping regions, including Canada, Mexico, EU, UK, Israel, Asia and Australia. For qualifying orders, please contact Customer Service to request your free return label at email@example.com or use the Feedback button at the bottom right of the website.
When will my order arrive?
All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).
If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims. You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart.
How do I return my order?
Check out our return page here. This has everything you need to know to make your return fast, easy, and free*. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.
